What if, for a week, we swapped the lively terraces with disco music, flavored gelato, iced coffee, and gourmet dishes prepared by top chefs, for meals enjoyed in the shade of a walnut or oak tree? Picture savoring fresh cheeses straight from the shepherds, a quick lard spread made by a kind village lady, a traditional pudding or a hencles cake, and a rhubarb pie—while Uncle Nelu takes care of a stew in the cauldron or grills some mici (Romanian sausages).

For eight days, we invite you to indulge in the beauty of Romania. Fresh air, breathtaking landscapes, and the peaceful life of the countryside will set the tone for each morning. After a short walk in nature, we will gladly start the day with a traditional Romanian breakfast. The homemade cheese and bread will carry the taste and aroma of childhood memories at our grandparents’ house.

Every day, we will uncover new aspects of the lives of Romanian farmers and artisans. We will visit Transylvanian villages, each with its own traditions and rich history. Lunch will be served in a local household, where we will listen to the stories of our hosts while enjoying the fresh produce from their gardens. We will taste homegrown vegetables, meals cooked over a wood fire, and, as always, the star of the meal will be homemade pies, baked in clay ovens using age-old recipes passed down through generations. After a heartfelt farewell to our hosts, we will continue exploring new places and discovering new stories.

Each evening, we will experience traditional Romanian cuisine through festive dinners, served outdoors whenever the weather allows, around a warm fire with a glass of local wine in hand. Local dancers and musicians will keep the atmosphere lively until dawn.

In short, we offer you a journey of local gastronomy, village tales, authentic Romanian food, music, and traditional dances, all set in the heart of nature and cultural heritage. Most importantly, we promise great company, fun, and unforgettable memories!
